Galaxy S10 would not add widgets-move apps around on home screen

By the way, the Display> Homescreen does not even exist in the menu, I am tired of it 😴

Tap and hold on the home screen >> tap on Home screen settings >> Lock Home screen Layout (this should be disabled), then you can able to move apps around on home screen.

Oh...I missed your subject. The option doesn't exist?

If you long press on home screen,can you get into the home screen settings ? like my screenshot.

If you can get in,you can disable the Lock Home Screen Layout.

If you have update OneUI 2.1 recently?

Want to try get into recovery mode and wipe cache partition? Maybe that will fix the option not show problem.
