Auto rotate not working and also lost the use of GPS in maps. All this happened when visiting another province and connected to free WiFi in a campground. Did everything possible to try and figure this problem out except losing everything to a factory reset, or is this due to all these updates and changes to apps ????
if you pull down the menu on the home screen there is a button that says portrait push that button and it should says rotation after pressing it then your screen auto rotate
if you have to factory reset try smart switch! it's the best way! DO NOT use samsung account backup! I just lost everything today! Wishing you lots of luck!!
