Boot into Recovery and Wipe Cache
(Power of the device - Press & Hold Power + Bixby + Volume UP until you feel the phone vibrate - Release ALL Three buttons - Use the Volume button to Scroll down to Wipe Cache and Select it with the Power button - Wait a few seconds until the Recovery Menu defaults to Reboot - Select with the Power button.

Also - Did you check to see if you have Two Night Mode QS Tiles? If so - One of them will crash when you click on it - Click on the Three Dot Menu Top Right (of the QS Tiles) Remove the Night Mode QS Tile that Crashes from the QS Tiles View.
