Hi John2hb, You need to make sure your mobile device has met the following preconditions outlined below.

• Mobile device must be turned on.
• Mobile device must be connected to Wi-Fi or mobile network.
• Your Samsung account must be registered on your mobile device and have the Remote unlock option enabled.

First, navigate to the Find My Mobile website on a PC. Enter your Samsung account credentials and Sign in.

 If you have more than one device, select the desired device from the list.

On the right-hand side is the action menu, click Unlock.

If Remote unlock is turned on, the phone will unlock and you will be able to access your phone.
