Members App hasn't worked for several weeks now. I cannot make any posts using the app, I can only post online.

 

Samsung tech support is totally useless and have offered no solutions to this problem.

Try clearing out Data and Cache from the Settings->Apps->Samsung Members-> Storage section. See if that works.

Are you using the S Members US app? Never seen this screen in the global app we have. The fonts also do not match our UI.

There are two apps. Global, which we have, and USA.

But if you have the global app, your community is determined by your device's country of origin.
