Messenger+ wont send or recive pictures

I have Samsung S 9 with problem on any type messenger app. Will send text, but won't send pictures. I have had phone to repair shop. The have removed OS Android 10 , and installed new OS so we know OS is good. Also Tracfone aim in phone, but you can out SIM in another phone and any messenger App Wil send rex and pictures, that confirms aim card is good. Has to something in phone. Works the Verzion network with Tracfone as provider. Any hel

are you using FB messenger for SMS or Samsung Messenger or Google Messenger?

Have you contacted your carrier regarding this issue?

Make sure you are also using data and not WIFI and pictures will not send or receive using wifi on Samsung Messenger

Hi  Jahite,

If you are referring for text messages then you need to enable mobile data and turned off Wi Fi network. If still issue persists please check with your carrier.
