Migrating photos from S7 to S7 edge. Smart Switch doesn't do it .

I wish to transfer files /photos from my Samsung S7 to my Samsung S7 Edge, but can't find the proper setting. Thank you

Hi @thebrez,

Normally the Smart Switch feature can be found in Settings > Accounts and Backup > Smart Switch.

Did you try it already, and found that your images/files were still not transferred? Please let me know!

Smart switch is an App. I tried settings but could not find a method though

If you can't get it to work with smartswitch go to Samsung.com and search for smartswitch and download the computer version of it and hook a cable from S7 to computer and transfer from phone to computer and then do the same to transfer to the S7 edge

Could also just hook it to a computer, your phone shows up as a hard drive and copy the photos if that's all you need 🤷♂️
