Dear Samsung, 

I have a problem with my Galaxy S8+ SM-G955W ( Canadian version) in notifications panel. I must always go to the settings to  activate or disable data mobile. It so boring, we can make it easy by adding a mobile data toggle on notifications panel

Yes - But it's not Samsung that is responsible for this - It's the Canadian Carriers that have done this!
You can however fix it in a couple of ways - You need to Download Platform-Tools to your computer & Enable USB Debugging on your phone & Allow the adb Connection between your computer and phone when prompted.

on your computer - open Platform-Tools & Windows Power Shell

Type This on your computer:

adb shell (press Enter)

settings put secure sysui_qs_tiles "$(settings get secure sysui_qs_tiles),MobileData,Hotspot"

Done Both Cell Data & Hot Spot Toggles have been added to the QS Tiles 🐧

For those who are uncomfortable with adb commands

@Shaggyskunk1 is right, unfortunately the data toggle feature is out of our hands... you can try the workarounds he suggested, as I don't have any info on whether the carriers plan on changing this or not.
