Overlapling texte message bubble samsung s8

Since the update, i get a large bubble that pops up when i receive a text message. I cant drag it away like the facebook messenger one. Also when I click on it it open in a small window my text message. It is really annoying. How can i turn it off? I been trying everything even resetting my phone and it stays like this

Go to Settings, Advanced Features, then Smart pop-up view.  Disable the feature for the Messages app.
