If you mean the Bookmarks in Samsung Internet - They should be tied & backed up to your Samsung account (doesn't seem to be the case with Samsung Internet Beta) - But you can also "share" your Samsung Internet bookmarks separately - Click on the Star as seen in the first screen shot & then Click on the "share" Icon in the second screen shot to share your bookmarks 🐧
