usually bell is the fastest to push the update, considering how Samsung just has June posted currently it's still a bit soon for the S9 in my case at least.

Yeah, I am with Bell and I can actually confirm that. My phone always gets a few days before other carriers send them out.

Because people are always asking when is the update for "x" device available & Rogers OS update Schedule shows nothing..
