I think I'm done with it.  Getting the ever annoying, Network Unavailable message again and I have reset the phone 3-4 times for other unrelated issues.

There was a lot of people today that had network issues. My gf had no network and could only use the wifi. She has an Iphone and is with Koodo. Her coworkers with Rogers and Videotron had issues too. I don't think it's your phone.

Maybe have a look at the Canadian Network Outages - It's also possible that it might be your Location....
