Hi a Biometrics security patch was just installed (8/9/19) and now instead of the fingerprint ripple effect I have an ugly blue rectangle. Help! Is there a fix for this?

So after much tweaking and rebooting I discovered that the ugly blue square seems to be related to the use of the samsung pass app. Go figure.
