S10 android 10 update broke fullscreen

Hi!

Since the update I can't get fullscreen anymore and this is system wide. Any app wallpapers etc ..

There is always a chin at the bottom space on top and the sides the edges are black it's like the screen is cropped 

Any help please

if I do a screen shot it doesn't show the space the chin at bottom and the top

That looks full screen to me... The only spaces I see are the bezels at the top and bottom
