Hi guys I just received android 10 update for my Samsung S10 plus 

The new update apparently allow dual app sound. You can play multiple sounds at the same time. Unlike before you can only play one sound at a time.

Dual App sound can be enabled on previous Android versions with the Sound Assistant app.
