Again the US is offered way better trade in value than Canada- not that I am wanting to trade up my S10 anyways but why do the US get way better deals. We are offered $257 Canadian for our phones and look what is offered in the US with US $
its always the same.... the trade in price that your offered is nothing but a joke, as mentioned before if anyone is serious in getting the most for your device then sell it privately..
If we have somebody to blame i think it's Samsung Canada, if i was in USA they would give me $ 700.00 US for my Note10plus and Canada offer me $600 Canadian Dollars, why ?.
Canadian are always last in line for everything. My Note 9 is my last samsung phone. Bad update calendar, poor offers, software not available (lock screen). No enough is enough. Now there's plenty of mid-tear device for a way lower price. Look at Xiaomi, Huawei, and other chinese phones. And don't talk about Kool-aid american discourses on spying. It's all bogus.
