This is the first thread that I created here. I hope I did this right.

Well, the TELUS, Rogers and Fido software update websites were all wrong. I didn't get a May 1, 2020 security patch on Monday, June 1 as they originally stated, nor Tuesday, June 2 as predicted here at Samsung Members (they're always a day late), nor today, June 3 as Fido still states.

On June 3, my S9 is still on the Feb 1, 2020 security patch for a phone that is still supposed to be getting monthly security updates.

I ran the CheckFirm app. It says my firmware is

G960WVLU7DTB2/G960WOYV7DTB2/G960WVLU7DTB2

but the Latest Test Firmware is

G960WVLU7ETEC.DM/G960WOYV7ETEC/G960WVLU7ETEC

When discovered: 2020/06/03
Downgrade: Possible
Type: Major Update

Is this One UI 2.1 for our Canadian S9 and S9+ phones?

Both the CheckFirm app and the FOTA link show there is a new Latest Test Firmware build today:

G960WVLU7ETF2.DM/G960WOYV7ETF2/G960WVLU7ETF2

When discovered: 2020/06/04
Downgrade: Impossible
Type: Major update

Downgrade is possible. That's why I hate intermediaries, they don't know their stuff and share inaccurate info.

Nothing has been announced so far by Rogers or TELUS. But One UI 2.1 has been released in dozens of countries so far:
