S9 defective? lag during camera

It lags since I got phone. Lags when video starts recording but is fine afterwards. Sometime lag very bad.

Storage is set to device, so it's not about sd card being slow. I also have latest firmware. I tried clearing gallery cache.

This is 4k 60fps.

That's actually pretty bad lol I was thinking lag when you touch the camera button to record a video. Mine takes 1.5-2 seconds to start filming.
