Samsung Apps say I'm rooted

Ever since I updated to one ui, apps such as Samsung health, pay and pass have been not working and saying I'm rooted.
I have never rooted this device and I have no idea why it's doing this.
I tried contacting Samsung supportz but they told me to go to a service technician an hour's drive away!!

Please helpp

you could try a factory reset and see if that helps

Go to Settings - Apps and then scroll down to the individual apps & Wiped Cache & Data for each of the apps & Force Stop them - Reboot 🐧

Same happened to me I had to uninstall and reinstall Samsung health ugh 🙄

I ended up factory resetting my phone and now everything works except Samsung pay
