Samsung Customer Service confirms carriers release updates

Again, they do not provide correct information all the time.

How many times this week did they tell us the update was already live? How many times did they tell that Canada would get the beta "soon"? And right now they deny that Note9 models in Canada has Pie. They deny Samsung Canada announced dates for Canada

Because they don't release the updates for the carrier phones. The carriers do that. They just care about the phones that were bought from the Samsung store.

Facepalm. The unlocked Note9 also got the update. ALL NOTE9 CSCs GOT THE UPDATE!!!! Can't you see the obvious? I dunno where you got this information, but it's obviously wrong
