Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus - bad camera

Why is the camera quality so bad? Especially in indoor shootings? I read in many forums about other people experiencing the same issue so I know it's not just me. 

Are Samsung aware of this issue and about to release a software update?

I'm really disappointed and really consider to exchange my new phone with a different brand.

I've noticed a decrease of quality in the 10 update too. i thought it was just me.

Too much smoothing 😞 whenever I try to zoom in on a picture everything is smudged and ugly.

People in Europe complain for the exact samething specially on the Note 10+ (Too much smoothing).

People with Note10+, can you give your opinion about this also ?

try clearing your app cache or FDR your device or wait for a bug fix update

I love my camera on my S10+ and even after the update, I didn't really notice a difference but I do see a difference in comparison to my S9+

shots come out amazing on my 10 especially night shots. Try using pro mode, lots of guide's online.

use Google camera. I had the same complaints since the S7. Google camera makes pictures a lot better
