Scheduled Messages, where did that option go!

As a shift worker the ability to schedule a message to be delivered at a later time was a life saver.  Now I am unable to locate that option.  Please bring it back or let me know what I am missing.

Scheduled SMS with Samsung Messages is still there - Click on the "+" to the left of the Message Input window and it opens up a menu with the options 🐧

hit the plus sign when starting a new message. you will see it there

Further clarification/information for anyone else just coming across this Post:
on some device you may have 3 linear dots on the screen during & may include "Schedule Message" instead of a "+" symbol.
This may be a matter of model & OS instead of anything else
