My phone is Samsung Galaxy s10 plus and the os still stay on Android 9. Why it's still don't have any update to android 10?

Did you buy your device in Singapore because they still using android 9 which is One Ui 1.1

If I am not mistaken, all most all of the s10's have received their updates in December itself. There are few things you have to check first. Is your phone rooted? If yes, you can forget about the OTA update. Next, you have to make sure if it's a original device. If it's original, then we have to come to conclusion already. Your best support right now is to contact the customer care through Live Chat option in this Samsung Members app
