Still receiving software updates in Europe?

I'm going to sell my Galaxy S9+ to someone in Europe. Will it still receive Software updates from Samsung?

I'm using the Canadian version

Yes. Updates are released regardless of the device's physical position

They'll be released based on the CSC installed in the device. If that's Rogers (RWC), they'll get Rogers updates.

Doesn't matter. My statement is still correct. All phones in Canada are unlocked, OTAs still come based on installed CSC in your phone. You can always change CSC manually if you wish
