So I have noticed that not all of my text go through.. even though they show as sent. Which is crap enough.. but yesterday.. a text I sent a week ago.. resent itself. WTF.. Did you change the messaging to make more money? Because you broke something.
What network are you on? I've had some issues like that with Rogers. Unlikely that Samsung changed anything on their end to specifically create this issue.
