There is no button to connect to the mobile network

Hello! Why Galaxy S9 in the notification panel there is no button to connect to the mobile network? In the settings, the order of the buttons is also missing.

Can you please help with this problem?

It's been removed by the Canadian carriers. Take a look at the link to add it back in.
