Urgent Biometrics Security Patch

Fyi, a small 10MB patch for biometrics was pushed as an urgent update to s10+ this morning and I assume s10 as well. 

Was pushed through the Galaxy App Store

I am getting the update notice on my S10 and it downloads but fails when installing and then says try again which does the same thing.

Try wiping the store cache and data. If that still fails, reboot into recovery console and wipe the cache partition. If still no luck, it could be an issue at Samsung's end.

I am in Canada 

It isn't offered through the Samsung store but is shown as a urgent update when you pull down on the status bar at the top.

I even tried rebooting my phone but it still refuses to install

Yes Canada, on Rogers. Installed for me no problem.
