I understand the need to save paper but this is rediculous. I just got my S7 a couple of days ago. upgrade from the S4. I got some functions but there's a lot more I am missing. i went on live chat support twice to get the link. I opened it and the first line is "read this manual before using your new device"..... How can we read something that's not included with the purchase package. It's a no brainer... Had I known it was so hard, I would have never gotten it.

You are right Karen 67, with a complicated and sophisticated device like the Galaxy S7, more readily avalable help (like the PRINTED MANUAL) should be part of the close to $1000 purchase price. What Samsung was thinking?

I bought a book from Amazon.ca called "My Samsung Galaxy S7". It is the most complete with everything you need to know about the Galaxy S7. I paid about $35.00 and the book was delivered to my house in about 5 to 7 days.

There is a manual on the Samsung Website. Go under s7 and you'll see it.
