I took video for 6 minutes 30 second with resolution 1920 x1080. The file size is 420 Mb. Is it normal?

go to advanced recording options then on the high efficiency video

it save space, it make this size smaller by 50%.

Ha ha ha.. But big file troublesome to edit on phone. I have to download app call Panda to compress it. From 450mb reduced to 30mb only - can share on WhatsApp and FB.
