Hello, I'm having issues with my volume, all volume is up. I can hardly hear the person on the other end. The only time I hear someone is If I put it in speaker. HELP

on the main page of this site, click get help, then interactive checks... then check both of your speaker volumes.

if they sound roughly the same, try clearing the cache on your phone app.

since the upgrade for my phone, that is when the volume is low.
