I press on gallery next i go on the three dots(...) on press hide & now i can't find back my pictures so i want to know how i can find them back please & thanks....

You can unhide the album by pressing disable button.

Just do what you have done. Press Gallery, then 3 dots, and this time click unhide. Turn off the album that you have hide.

The steps shared by @Tallman can be done only in the Albums section of the Gallery app.
