Which SMS app do you use?

Recently switched to Android and I was wondering which Sms app other people are using. I'm using the stock Samsung app but wanted to see if anyone was using the Google built sms app. What's the difference?

I am using the stock app.

so far stock Samsung app, but thinking about switching to Google messaging app because choice of custom notifications

I prefer android messages over the stock messenger for Samsung. mainly because it offers up more customizability because you can choose individual contact colors.
