Wifi over data for certain apps

Can Samsung get an update so that we can decide that those certain apps can only use Wifi and not mobile date.

@Kinsley You can Turn Off "Intelligent WiFi" in Settings - Connections - WiFi - Three Dot Menu Top Right - Advanced & it WON'T switch to Mobile Data automatically.
