i used to have app shortcuts on my lockscreen but they have suddenly disappeared. I didn't change anything that I'm aware of. I went back into the settings, turned both right and left off then both back on again and choose the app's again. it gives a preview of my lock screen and shows the apps but they aren't there when I wake my screen again thanks for any help
