bloothooth freezes phone

when I connect my Samsung Galaxy S7 to my cars bluetooth my phone freezes

they are looking to get logs from people to find out what exactly happening.
what is the make and model of your car?

Hey @simoj, to help us troubleshoot this error, can you submit a device error log when the symptoms occur? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. From the “Questions/Errors” tab, tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”.

(Be sure to submit the logs only when an error occurs in Bluetooth connection). Thanks!
