I lived the device maintenance in edge bar. Quick to go to memory and clear.

Now I've to go settings, device maintenance. So extra 2 steps.

A couple of things - First you can add a Shortcut to the desktop (same as on Oreo) in One UI - Secondly Device Maintenance is still available in Tasks Edge on One UI 🐧

You can use the widget or put it in your app drawer for quick access.

if I optimize it optimizes storage. i hate that because then my pics in gallery take longer to load due to cache being deleted
