digital wellbeing app resetting by itself

Hi,

I've posted this before and got advice that did not help. Every few days (5-10) the data in the digital wellbeing app is reset and deleted. The app keeps working but starts from 0, as if the phone had just been powered up for the first time. I'm not sure what causes it or how to stop it. Can anyone help?

Is this the same as the Digital Health app? I ask because I don't see a Digital Wellbeing app on my phone.

yeah but Digital Wellbeing is for Android 10

There's a Digital Wellbeing in Android 9 Settings menu, but it looks like it doesn't do much.

Did you ever find a way to solve your problem? Mine just deleted 2 weeks of data without an explanation and finding answers seems to be impossible

No, and got no help from Samsung or provider either. Maybe Android 11 and UI 3 will fix it. App crashes now when I try to open it
