earpiece problems?

Does anyone have problems with there S9 when the other person, is speaking and you are having a tough time hearing them?

Of course, turn up the volume?
Check for dirt or lint in speaker, if you have a case, take it off and clean everything 👍
On this app on the front page you can do an interactive check on your speaker 🤷♂️
Sometimes just a simple restart fixes things too.

Also make sure your screen protecter isn't covering it..

Hi @gram, this could be due to several reasons, as mytech stated please try those steps and get back to us if it works.

Please check if it happens with all contcats, incoming and outgoing calls.
