galaxy buds problem

Sine latest update, my buds only work if they are 100% tightly in my ear, b4 this i use to place them loosely to avoid pain after lon periods but now I cannot do th as playback stops automatically if it senses looser fit

Please try to Clear Cache and Data of Galaxy Wearable app and check if your issue is resolved.
Follow the below steps:
Open Settings>> Apps >> 3 dots on right-hand top >> Search Galaxy Wearable app >> Storage >> Clear data and clear cache.

Please try to use ear tips and wingtips which best fits in your ear and also follow the steps mentioned by @Cassidy.

try cleaning sensors mine i can hear them play as soon as I take out of case not even in ears . just by accidentally touching controls.
