Hey @Matt! For the problem with volume button, could you try the following to resolve your problem please? 1. Try to soft-reboot your device and see if it solves your problem 2. If soft-reboot does not solve your problem, the problem could be an hardware issue. If so, the issue is difficult to diagnose or troubleshoot without physically inspecting your device.
