Has anyone had any troubles with the s7? mine is a little over a year old, and when not in use the phone gets quite warm. i have it in an otter box, and have taken it out. Still warm. Never had an issue before now.
I've had that after updates. you should try clearing the system cache, and if that doesn't work, back up your data with smart switch and do a factory reset. mine cleared up after the reset one time, and the other time clearing the cache is what did it
Did you install any new apps before the heat issue started? That's where I'd be looking - There's several good apps that you can use to check which apps are running in the background, and that should tell you which app(s) are the issue 🐧
