Not sure I'm understanding this properly, but go into settings>accounts and backup>accounts. Select the account to remove. When done, add it again but with the correct login details.
my grammar is terrible I'm sorry. it's not a inactive account I signed in with my gmail instead of my outlook my outlook is the one I'm looking to back up because I haven't in a year with that email and it has all my older photos of my children. I have tried to do that but it just connects to one drive with that email I use both. one for business and another for personal
Are you using the same email address for both personal and business for Outlook? If that's the case, log into your Microsoft account (from a browser) and create an alias to assist in logging in to the personal account. Hopefully, this will allow the service to recognize the personal and business accounts you are logging into.
