i told them that my phone overheats for normal usage, battery drains quickly... i changed my phone bqttery and motherboard there on the 2nd of june...

she just plugged my phone to a computer and did smtg im not rlly sure... u should give it a go

not sure i should reply this topic or not... or may be will be chased away again by someone...

but then i been diagnostic once on my Note 8 few years back and it does improve... 

and now samsung member apps allow us to diagnostic by ourself...

time to go before being chase away...
