S10 would anyone have a good recommendation for a photo editor? 
I download 2 and they wouldn't open.

Thanks. also I download adobe photo editor from the Samsung shop. when I open and click a picture. it says app has stopped. The other one was also for Samsung. maybe it's because I'm using Chrome beta?

Nah shouldn't have anything to do with Chrome Beta (You did allow Storage permissions?) - But I'd probably suggest that you Download most apps from the Play Store - There's a very few exceptions that are not available on the Google Play Store & only available from Galaxy Store 🐧
