I updated my phone last night and now any time I go to the briefing page and try to read an article a few seconds later my Internet page pops up with something from Facebook saying I won a prize. first off I don't even have a Facebook page so this should not be happening can anyone tell me how to fix this problem.
Go into settings, and open the Smart Manager. Most in this forum make fun of the Smart Manager, but it has a function you can use right now. Get it to scan the device security. Hopefully it'll discover your rogue app so you can get rid of it. I discovered the Smart Manager when my daughter's Tab A had an unknown pop up problem. Smart Manager identified the issue quickly. For me, it was a side loaded apk that I'd thought was safe.
