Friend has s10 on koodo but csc is telus....got the 1.1gb update and rcs settings but its greyed out.....not wokring on google messages either

yes bell supports rcs on samsung messages which is what I'm using

ok so then any idea how we get it working? or is it already working and I'm just not doing it right? lol
