red lines on screen

Is this a screen or software issue? In the photo below, there are two red lines appeared on screen.

I don't see any red lines in your screencapture, so it could be the lcd.

tihat looks like your cursor position. it is on text input mode. click on the drawing icon beside it and it should disappear.
