This reminds me of my high school days ๐ Except I don't think I had an I pod until about grade 12 ๐ค because I was too poor.

I found my exact CD player from my 3rd year of highschool
This thing was great because it had the extra battery pack you could attach on the back to add hours of playback. 2xAAA in the disc player, plus 2xAA in the battery pack. Plus 40 second anti-skip, that was so amazing back in the day... this was just before MP3s took off as the main format for music.
