Hey, I am with Telus and whenever I try to click this chat settings button, it gives me this error. However, i saw a Bell representative with the same S10+ like mine, but his settings worked. Jve called both Samsung and Telus about this, they both refer me to each other, what is the solution, if anyone knows, please reply asap! I want to take advantage of this

The orange N is driving me crazy. So I went onto the telus app to ask when the service will be available and this is all the info they gave. Also it's a bot not a live rep.
