So far I'm enjoying my s20 ultra but it's concerning me how the flagship is being treated. The one thing I can say Apple has gotten right over Samsung is timely software updates. When you pay for a premium device whether it be Apple or Samsung you want to have consistent updates. It is May now and my 2000 dollar device is still on the March update. As amazing as Samsung is this performance is why many people move to devices like Apple and Google. It's time for Samsung to start specialising in their software game rather than just their hardware game. I think your customers deserve that.

Look, every new S flagship has horrible updates at launch. Happened with every new phone since the S6 at the very least. The situation stabilizes after June.

yeah I can definitely agree with that, every new s-line device over the last several years that I've been with Samsung has been the same thing. they seem so only get maybe 2 or 3 quicker updates then nothing for about 3 months then they are basically just like every other Galaxy device before them, only getting updates about every two to three months.

yeah ur right seems like i just throw my money in a trash , camera focus is worse on this phone

I've made a few posts in the last several days about how I feel Samsung should step up their software game. Samsung should support their S line of devices in particular for at least five years and give more OS upgrades to better compete with apple if they are charging apples like prices.
